About Danny Fetter

Helping clients to buy or sell their home, and providing answers to questions on how best to navigate the real estate transaction, is my honour and privilege. As an experienced Royal LePage REALTOR®, I will help you understand the current market conditions, analyze your needs and wants, review your budget and guide you to homes that fit your criteria.

Prior to earning my Realtor license, I built a successful career as a personal trainer and fitness instructor. As a long time employee of a successful local gym, I learned to develop and maintain successful relationships with a variety of people, and became passionate about assisting others in attaining their personal goals. All of my past endeavors have involved the need to meet challenges, expand my knowledge, protect and bring value to others. Although I enjoyed my career in the fitness industry, I realized it was time for a change and chose to pursue a career in real estate.

My positive attitude and open communication helps my clients bring their own positive energy to their transactions. I stay in close communication with them, keeping them informed, letting them know that I am always working toward their best interests, giving them reassurance that together they can and will overcome all challenges.

When not assisting Waterloo Region home buyers and sellers, you’ll find me teaching a class at the gym, making a long drive and a short putt at one of the many golf courses in the Region or enjoying quiet time with my wife of 16 years and our blended family of 5 children.
